PIPA is an inspection scheme which is supported by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Each conforming piece of equipment is tagged with a unique number which is attached to the piece of equipment permanently. The tag number is logged on a central database and initial and the following annual tests are recorded. A report is issued with all tests. The status of tagged equipment can be checked on www.pipa.org.uk. PIPA only covers inflatable play equipment covered by BS EN 14960:2019. For more details click here.
